We are a small family operation. Erik and Mary dreamed of opening a Barbecue restaurant since first married. When their youngest son was born with special needs, they wanted to ensure he always had a place to work.
We offer Barbecue, Monday - Saturday, at our downtown Fountain Hills restaurant. We also offer mobile food service for events and run two food trucks at events a locations throughout Arizona.
If you follow us on Instagram or Facebook you will see we support local, when possible, from the food we buy and the wood we use in our smoker. When you see us out relaxing you can even catch us at the local restaurants in Fountain Hills, coffee shops, and tap houses.

We have our Margarita's on tap and flowing for just $6. We also have a Taco tasting for the TACO's that we entered into TACOFEST $6/taco
